Refund Policy

We follow a fair and transparent refund policy in line with payment gateway (PhonePe) standards. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
  • Payment made but service not rendered.
  • Payment made for a transaction that was cancelled prior to service delivery.

2. Refund Process

After internal verification, eligible refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (PhonePe) within 7-10 business days.
